Diagnostic imaging dataset

The responsibility for publishing these statistics has transferred to the NHS Commissioning Board. From the 1st April 2013 these statistics will be found here: http://www.commissioningboard.nhs.uk/statistics

The diagnostic imaging dataset (DID) is a new central collection of detailed information about diagnostic imaging tests carried out on NHS patients, extracted from local radiology information systems (RISs) and submitted monthly.
